What if I want my product shipped within one or two days?

There is a charge if you wish to use 2nd Day Air. It may take a day or two for products to be shipped from the warehouse. Please be aware that you will be charged a shipping rate based on UPS 2^nd day air shipping rates. If you have any additional concerns about shipping, please email us at CustomerService@WallClockShopping.com.

When should I expect delivery?

Generally, your product will leave the warehouse in one or two days and arrive in 3-7 business days. However, during heavy shopping seasons, that time could be extended up to two weeks depending upon your location and the volume being handled by UPS at that time.

Do other sites sell the same wall clock?

If you check the SKU, you may find that the clock is the same as on another site. Also check the size and weight and remember, our shipping is free. Please be aware, we feel our prices are competitive.

How do I get warranty service from the manufacturer?

If your product is defective, you must contact the manufacturer directly. A list of the manufacturers has been provided for you in our Shipping and Rates on our Shipping page.

What do I do if my package is damaged in shipping?

You are responsible for inspecting the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage or if there is any reason for you to be concerned about damage, please note that at the time of delivery or contact UPS immediately if they have delivered without signature to describe the damage.
